Chunky Monkey Chocolate Bark
Ingredients
- 2 large bananas, thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 to 1.25 cups dark chocolate chips
- Peanut butter for drizzling
- Sea salt
Preparation
Lay the sliced bananas on a piece of parchment paper.
Spread out the walnuts on top.
Cover with melted chocolate.
Optionally swirl more peanut butter on top.
Sprinkle with sea salt and freeze until set.
