Chocolate Peanut Butter Coconut Banana Bites
Ingredients
- bananas
- peanut butter or other nut butter
- dark chocolate
- shredded coconut
Preparation
Peel and cut the bananas into circles and place them on a sheet of baking paper on a plate or tray.
Put a teaspoon of nut butter between the slices.
Freeze for at least half an hour.
Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave.
Dip the frozen banana slices in the melted chocolate and cover with shredded coconut.
Place them back on the plate and freeze again for at least another half an hour.
