No-Bake Chocolate Mousse Brownie Slab
Ingredients
Base
- 3/4 cup ground almonds
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
Topping
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup dates
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 bananas
- 2 avocados
Preparation
Mix the base ingredients in a bowl, then place in a lined loaf tin or mould and flatten down with a spoon.
Blend the mousse ingredients in a food processor or blender and spread evenly over the base.
Chill in the freezer for an hour, then cut into slices and enjoy.
