No-Bake Chocolate Mousse Brownie Slab

Ingredients

Base

  • 3/4 cup ground almonds
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

Topping

  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup dates
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 avocados

Preparation

  1. Mix the base ingredients in a bowl, then place in a lined loaf tin or mould and flatten down with a spoon.

  2. Blend the mousse ingredients in a food processor or blender and spread evenly over the base.

  3. Chill in the freezer for an hour, then cut into slices and enjoy.
