No-Bake Chocolate Mousse Bars
Ingredients
Base
- 1 cup porridge oats (I used GF)
- 1 cup dates
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Topping
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup dates
- 2 tbsp nut butter of choice
- 2 bananas
- 2 avocados
Preparation
Blend the base ingredients except chocolate chips in a bowl, then fold in the chocolate chips, place in a lined loaf tin or mould and flatten down with a spoon.
Blend the mousse ingredients in a food processor or blender and spread evenly over the base.
Chill in the freezer for an hour, then cut into slices and enjoy.
Tips
Make them quickly to enjoy sooner.
