No-Bake Chocolate Mousse Bars

Ingredients

Base

  • 1 cup porridge oats (I used GF)
  • 1 cup dates
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Topping

  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup dates
  • 2 tbsp nut butter of choice
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 avocados

Preparation

  1. Blend the base ingredients except chocolate chips in a bowl, then fold in the chocolate chips, place in a lined loaf tin or mould and flatten down with a spoon.

  2. Blend the mousse ingredients in a food processor or blender and spread evenly over the base.

  3. Chill in the freezer for an hour, then cut into slices and enjoy.

Tips

  1. Make them quickly to enjoy sooner.
