Vegan Avocado Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bio avocados
- 45g dark chocolate, melted
- 25g cacao powder
- 85g maple syrup
- 50ml oat milk
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- Pinch of salt
Toppings
- Cacao nibs (optional)
- Raspberries (optional)
Preparation
Add all the ingredients except the toppings into a blender and mix until really smooth.
Pour the mousse into a bowl and add toppings.
Store in the fridge for 1 hour for a thicker texture.
