Vegan Avocado Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bio avocados
  • 45g dark chocolate, melted
  • 25g cacao powder
  • 85g maple syrup
  • 50ml oat milk
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • Pinch of salt

Toppings

  • Cacao nibs (optional)
  • Raspberries (optional)

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients except the toppings into a blender and mix until really smooth.

  2. Pour the mousse into a bowl and add toppings.

  3. Store in the fridge for 1 hour for a thicker texture.
