Super Easy Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk, from a can
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar (coconut sugar or regular sugar works too)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce (Tamari for gluten-free)

Optional

  • Chili garlic sauce, to taste

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small pot and bring to medium or low heat.

  2. Stir to combine and cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.

Tips

  1. Add an extra 1/4 cup coconut milk if using thicker peanut butter.

  2. Store leftover sauce in a jar in the refrigerator.
