Super Easy Peanut Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3/4 cup coconut milk, from a can
- 2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar (coconut sugar or regular sugar works too)
- 2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce (Tamari for gluten-free)
Optional
- Chili garlic sauce, to taste
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a small pot and bring to medium or low heat.
Stir to combine and cook for 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
Tips
Add an extra 1/4 cup coconut milk if using thicker peanut butter.
Store leftover sauce in a jar in the refrigerator.
