Vegan Blueberry Peanut Butter Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup nondairy milk

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Transfer the mixture to the Ninja Creami jar.

  3. Freeze overnight.

  4. Process in the Ninja Creami on the Lite setting, and repeat 2-3 times if needed for creaminess.

Tips

  1. The Lite Blend setting works best for vegan recipes to achieve a creamy texture.

  2. Serve with crushed graham cracker on top for added crunch.
