Vegan Blueberry Peanut Butter Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup nondairy milk
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together.
Transfer the mixture to the Ninja Creami jar.
Freeze overnight.
Process in the Ninja Creami on the Lite setting, and repeat 2-3 times if needed for creaminess.
Tips
The Lite Blend setting works best for vegan recipes to achieve a creamy texture.
Serve with crushed graham cracker on top for added crunch.
