Three-Ingredient Healthy Vegan Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2.5 bananas
  • 2 cups of oats
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Mash 2.5 bananas in a bowl.

  2. Mix with 2 cups of oats and 1/2 cup of chocolate chips.

  3. Roll into 12 cookies on a baking tray.

  4. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 350F or 180C.
