Vegan Caramel Chocolate Rice Crispies Bonbons
Ingredients
- Peanut butter
- Muscovado sugar
- Oat cream or vegetable cream
- Rice crispies
- Dark chocolate bar
Preparation
In a saucepan, melt the peanut butter, Muscovado sugar, and oat cream until it hardens like a sticky caramel.
Add in the rice crispies and make small balls.
Melt the dark chocolate in a small pot.
Coat the balls in melted dark chocolate and freeze for 3-4 hours.
