Vegan Caramel Chocolate Rice Crispies Bonbons

Ingredients

  • Peanut butter
  • Muscovado sugar
  • Oat cream or vegetable cream
  • Rice crispies
  • Dark chocolate bar

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, melt the peanut butter, Muscovado sugar, and oat cream until it hardens like a sticky caramel.

  2. Add in the rice crispies and make small balls.

  3. Melt the dark chocolate in a small pot.

  4. Coat the balls in melted dark chocolate and freeze for 3-4 hours.
