Peanut Butter Crackle Slice
Ingredients
- 1 jar rice malt syrup
- 1 jar peanut butter
- brown rice puffs (roughly 5 cups but add more or less depending on how runny your PB gets)
- 2 blocks vegan chocolate
Preparation
Melt the rice malt syrup on a low heat in a saucepan until it turns into a thin watery consistency. Add the peanut butter and mix to combine.
Add the rice puffs and mix under. Transfer to a lined tray and press down. Place in the freezer.
Meanwhile melt the chocolate. Remove the slice from the freezer and pour over the chocolate. Spread evenly. Return to the freezer for another 10 minutes before slicing up. Store in the fridge.
