Easy Protein Banana Bites

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup vegan white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Optional

  • Chocolate chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Cut three bananas into coins and lay them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  2. Mix 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1/4 cup protein powder.

  3. Add the mixture to one side of each banana coin and top with another banana coin to form sandwiches.

  4. Freeze for 1 hour.

  5. Melt 1/2 cup vegan white chocolate chips with 1 teaspoon coconut oil in the microwave.

  6. Dip half of each banana bite into the melted chocolate, sprinkle with chocolate chia seeds if desired, and freeze for at least 30 minutes.

  7. Store in the freezer or fridge.
