Vegan Gluten-Free Chocolate Amaretti Cookies

Ingredients

  • 200 g almond flour
  • 150 g icing sugar
  • 35 g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 flax eggs
  • 3 tbsp dark chocolate spread from sovegansofienl

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 165 degrees Celsius.

  2. Mix the flaxseed and water in a small bowl and let it sit for 10 minutes.

  3. In another bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.

  4. Add the flaxseed mixture to the dry ingredients.

  5. Roll the dough into balls, coat them in powdered sugar, flatten them on a baking sheet, and bake for 15 minutes.
