Vegan Gluten-Free Cinnamon Roll Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup agave
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2.5 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/3 cup almond butter
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Mix almond flour, vanilla extract, baking powder, salt, and agave syrup in a bowl.
Divide the mixture into two parts.
Add to one part 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and tahini, and knead into a firm dough.
Add to the other part 2 teaspoons cinnamon and almond butter, and knead well.
Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
Roll out the light dough.
Roll out the dark dough and place it on top of the light dough.
Roll up the two doughs together with the baking paper and cut into slices, then place them on the baking sheet.
Bake the cookies for 10 minutes in the oven.
Let the cookies cool for 15 minutes.
