Rudolphina's Black Bean Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 tin strained black beans (@bionaorganic)
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 heaping tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/4-1/2 cup xylitol (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (@lucybeecoconut)
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Line a rectangular oven tin with parchment paper and pour the batter into it.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool.
Optional: Decorate the brownies with chocolate icing, chocolate pretzels, raspberry noses, and edible eyes.
