Salted Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegan butter
  • 1 cup runny peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups gf flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 2-3 tbsp cashew milk
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chunks + 1/4 cup for pressing into top
  • Maldon salt for top

Preparation

  1. Mix the wet ingredients together

  2. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture

  3. Incorporate the chocolate chunks into the dough

  4. Add cashew milk as needed to adjust consistency

  5. Form the dough into cookies and press additional chocolate chunks and Maldon salt on top

  6. Bake the cookies for 15 minutes

  7. Allow the cookies to cool before serving
