Salted Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vegan butter
- 1 cup runny peanut butter
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups gf flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2-3 tbsp cashew milk
- 3/4 cup vegan chocolate chunks
Toppings
- 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chunks
- Maldon salt
Preparation
Mix the wet ingredients together.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
Stir in the cashew milk to adjust consistency.
Fold in the 3/4 cup vegan chocolate chunks.
Shape the dough into cookies.
Press the remaining 1/4 cup chocolate chunks and Maldon salt onto the tops.
Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
Allow the cookies to cool before serving.
