No-Bake Peanut Butter Cheesecake
Ingredients
Base
- 6 Oreos
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Filling
- 175g cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons Whole Earth peanut butter creamy
- 50 ml coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons erythritol or xylitol
- 50g unsalted peanuts
Topping
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon melted dark chocolate
- 1 tablespoon peanuts
Preparation
Crumble the Oreos finely and mix with the liquid coconut oil. Press the mixture into a small 14cm springform pan and chill.
Mix all the filling ingredients together and pour them over the base in the pan. Place in the freezer for 2 hours.
Remove the cake from the springform pan. Decorate with peanut butter, melted dark chocolate, and peanuts, then store in the refrigerator.
