Oreo Cookies Ice Creams

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 1 pack Oreos
  • Dark chocolate
  • Coconut oil (for melting)

Preparation

  1. Chill a can of coconut cream in the refrigerator until well chilled. Once chilled, carefully scoop out the thick part of the coconut cream, leaving the water behind.

  2. Whip the coconut cream for a short time until it becomes slightly fluffy.

  3. Chop 8 Oreos into small pieces and add them to the whipped coconut cream. Gently fold the Oreos into the mixture.

  4. Transfer the mixture into ice cream molds, inserting sticks into each mold to create ice cream pops.

  5. Place the ice cream molds in the freezer and allow them to freeze until they are firm and solid.

  6. In the meantime, melt some dark chocolate along with a bit of coconut oil to create a smooth and thin chocolate coating.

  7. Once the ice cream pops are well frozen, quickly dip each one into the melted chocolate mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.

  8. Place the chocolate-coated ice cream pops onto a tray lined with baking paper.

  9. Before the chocolate sets completely, place an Oreo cookie on top of each ice cream pop as decoration.

  10. Return the tray to the freezer and allow the chocolate coating to fully harden and the ice cream pops to set.

  11. Once the chocolate is solid and the ice cream pops are frozen, they are ready to enjoy!
