Raw Chocolate Cookie Dough Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 baking mix mixed into dough
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Mix cookie dough according to directions

  2. Press down into silicon or muffin tray holders and freeze while you melt the chocolate

  3. In a saucepan, heat chocolate with coconut oil over low heat, stirring constantly, do not burn! pour about 1-2 tbsp over each cookie up and refreeze for 20-30 minutes to harder (swipe right for demos!)

  4. Will stay in freezer for a long time (but you’ll eat them before you know it )
