Raw Chocolate Cookie Dough Cups
Ingredients
- 1 baking mix mixed into dough
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
Preparation
Mix cookie dough according to directions
Press down into silicon or muffin tray holders and freeze while you melt the chocolate
In a saucepan, heat chocolate with coconut oil over low heat, stirring constantly, do not burn! pour about 1-2 tbsp over each cookie up and refreeze for 20-30 minutes to harder (swipe right for demos!)
Will stay in freezer for a long time (but you’ll eat them before you know it )
