Mango Shrikhand Indian Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 cup hung curd
- Approximately 3 tablespoons fresh mango pulp
- 1.5 tablespoons powdered sugar or to taste
- Some finely chopped mangoes
- Some pistachios for garnishing
Preparation
Hang thick yogurt in a muslin cloth overnight in the refrigerator to make hung curd.
In a mixing bowl, add the hung curd.
Add approximately 3 tablespoons of fresh mango pulp and mix well.
Add 1.5 tablespoons of powdered sugar and mix.
Add some finely chopped mangoes.
Transfer to a serving bowl and top with chopped mangoes and pistachios.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours to thicken.
Serve chilled.
