Strawberry and Fruit Mousse
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 cup liquid cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 cup mixed fruits
Garnish
- whipped cream
- fresh strawberries
Preparation
Get clear glass serving cups.
In a blender, add frozen strawberries and liquid cream; blend on medium speed for one minute until smooth.
In a small bowl, mix gelatin with hot water and stir until dissolved and transparent; add to the blender mixture.
Blend again for a few seconds until fully combined.
Distribute half of the mixture into the cups, add mixed fruits, then distribute the remaining mixture.
Refrigerate the mousse cups for several hours or overnight.
Garnish with whipped cream and fresh strawberries before serving.
