Orange Mousse with Mixed Fruits
Ingredients
- 1 cup liquid cream
- 1 cup soft cream cheese
- 1 packet orange jelly
- 1 large can mixed fruits
Preparation
Prepare 4 transparent cups suitable for serving
In a blender bowl, place the cream, cream cheese, and orange jelly, attach the whisk attachment, and blend on medium speed for 2 to 3 minutes until the mixture is light and creamy
Drain the mixed fruits from their syrup, then add them to the cream mixture and stir gently with a wide plastic spoon to combine
Divide the orange mousse among the cups and refrigerate for several hours until chilled and set
