Colorful Layered Jelly Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 4 teaspoons gelatin
- 1 small packet yellow jelly
- 1 small packet red jelly
- 1 small packet green jelly
Preparation
Prepare transparent bowls for serving.
In a small saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, water, and gelatin. Heat gently over low heat until the gelatin dissolves, stirring continuously. Set aside.
For the green jelly layer, dissolve the contents of the green jelly packet in 1.5 cups of boiling water until fully dissolved. Add approximately one-third of the milk-gelatin mixture and stir to combine. Pour into the prepared bowls and refrigerate until set.
Repeat the same process with the red jelly packet.
Repeat the same process with the yellow jelly packet.
Refrigerate the bowls for several hours until the jelly is fully set.
