Crispy Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, soft
  • 1 can (400g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups cereal
  • 2 cups chocolate cereal
  • 1 cup small biscuits
  • 1/2 cup nuts

Preparation

  1. Bring a deep glass bowl, place plastic wrap in it with edges hanging out, and set aside.

  2. In a bowl, put the butter and use an electric mixer to beat until light and crumbly.

  3. Add the milk and stir with a plastic spoon to mix and get a liquid sauce.

  4. Add the cereal, biscuits, and nuts. Stir to coat all with the sauce, add more cereal if needed so the sauce disappears and is absorbed, depending on the cereal type.

  5. Pour the mixture into the bowl, press to make a compact layer, and cover with plastic wrap.

  6. Put in the fridge for several hours.

  7. Flip the dessert onto a serving plate and decorate as desired.
