Arab Caramel Jelly Dessert
Ingredients
- 4 cups milk
- 1 package caramel jelly powder
- 200 grams heavy cream
- 100 grams biscuits
- 1 heaping teaspoon instant coffee
- 1 teaspoon gelatin powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
Preparation
Combine milk, sugar, instant coffee, caramel jelly powder, and heavy cream in a pot and stir constantly over low heat until smooth and uniform.
Add biscuits and let them soften slightly, then turn off the heat and blend the mixture. If it is not smooth, strain it.
Pour caramel sauce into the bottom of a mold.
Pour the dessert mixture over the sauce and refrigerate for three hours.
Serve in the desired dish.
