Easy No-Bake Brazilian Gelatin Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 box heavy cream (chilled)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin

Caramel

  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Preparation

  1. Hydrate the unflavored gelatin and dissolve in milk

  2. Blend condensed milk, heavy cream, and the gelatin mixture until smooth

  3. Place sugar in a pudding mold and stir until dissolved to form a caramel, coating the entire mold

  4. Pour the blended mixture into the mold

  5. Freeze for approximately 1 hour

  6. Run a wet knife around the pudding to unmold and serve

  7. Store leftovers in the refrigerator

Tips

  1. This pudding is very tasty and easy to make

  2. It is much faster than conventional pudding because it does not require a water bath and long cooling time

  3. After one hour in the freezer, it sets firm and is beautiful, delicious, and less sweet than traditional pudding

  4. Variation: Use flavored gelatin and top with fruits after unmolding
