Easy Brazilian Condensed Milk Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 cans condensed milk
- 2 cans milk (use condensed milk can as measure)
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar (for caramel)
Preparation
Place sugar in a pudding mold and heat over medium heat until melted
Spread the melted sugar to coat the bottom of the mold
Blend condensed milk, milk, and eggs in a blender until smooth
Pour the blended mixture into the mold over the caramel
Place 2 cups of water in the rice cooker pot
Place the mold inside the rice cooker pot
Set the rice cooker to COOK mode
When the rice cooker switches to WARM mode, remove the mold
Refrigerate until cold
Unmold and serve
