Traditional Brazilian PaΓ§oca Flan Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup crumbled paΓ§oca

Caramel sauce

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Preparation

  1. Heat sugar and water over low heat without stirring until caramel forms

  2. Pour into a 9-inch round mold and reserve

  3. In a blender, blend sweetened condensed milk, milk, and eggs for 2 minutes

  4. Stir in the crumbled paΓ§oca and pour into the caramelized mold

  5. Bake in a preheated medium oven in a water bath for 40 minutes or until set

  6. Remove from oven, let cool, and refrigerate until set
