Traditional Brazilian PaΓ§oca Flan Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup crumbled paΓ§oca
Caramel sauce
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Preparation
Heat sugar and water over low heat without stirring until caramel forms
Pour into a 9-inch round mold and reserve
In a blender, blend sweetened condensed milk, milk, and eggs for 2 minutes
Stir in the crumbled paΓ§oca and pour into the caramelized mold
Bake in a preheated medium oven in a water bath for 40 minutes or until set
Remove from oven, let cool, and refrigerate until set
