Easy Brazilian Condensed Milk Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 small carton heavy cream
- 1 can milk (use condensed milk can as measure)
- 2 to 3 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar (for caramel)
Preparation
Blend condensed milk, heavy cream, milk, and eggs in a blender for 7 minutes; set aside
Melt sugar in a saucepan over low heat to make caramel, then pour into a central-hole mold
Pour the blended mixture over the caramel in the mold
Cover the mold with aluminum foil and bake in a water bath for 1 hour
Refrigerate until chilled, then unmold and serve
