Easy Brazilian Condensed Milk Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 small carton heavy cream
  • 1 can milk (use condensed milk can as measure)
  • 2 to 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (for caramel)

Preparation

  1. Blend condensed milk, heavy cream, milk, and eggs in a blender for 7 minutes; set aside

  2. Melt sugar in a saucepan over low heat to make caramel, then pour into a central-hole mold

  3. Pour the blended mixture over the caramel in the mold

  4. Cover the mold with aluminum foil and bake in a water bath for 1 hour

  5. Refrigerate until chilled, then unmold and serve
