Classic Brazilian Pudding Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (same volume) whole milk
  • 1 can (same volume) coconut milk
  • 1 can (same volume) all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 can (same volume) granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons margarine

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth

  2. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C)

  3. Grease and flour a baking pan

  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan

  5. Bake until golden brown

Tips

  1. This cake does not use baking powder and has a bakery-style pudding consistency
