Classic Brazilian Pudding Cake
Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (same volume) whole milk
- 1 can (same volume) coconut milk
- 1 can (same volume) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 can (same volume) granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons margarine
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth
Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C)
Grease and flour a baking pan
Pour the batter into the prepared pan
Bake until golden brown
Tips
This cake does not use baking powder and has a bakery-style pudding consistency
