No-Bake Vanilla Cream Dessert Cake

Ingredients

  • 100 g butter biscuits
  • 400 ml milk
  • 2 packets instant dessert pudding mix (no-cook)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 500 g heavy cream

Topping

  • 100 g dark chocolate shavings

Preparation

  1. Prepare a cake ring (39 x 21 cm) on a cake plate

  2. Line the bottom with butter biscuits

  3. Beat the instant dessert pudding mix with milk, vanilla extract, and sugar for about 5 minutes until firm

  4. Whip the heavy cream until stiff

  5. Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture

  6. Spread the mixture over the biscuit layer and smooth the top

  7. Crush the dark chocolate shavings in the package

  8. Sprinkle the crushed chocolate shavings over the cake

  9. Chill the cake for at least 3 hours or until serving

Tips

  1. You can choose any flavor for the instant dessert pudding mix, such as chocolate, vanilla, or white chocolate; the cake will always turn out delicious
