Delicious Creamy Cheesecake Liqueur to Make at Home
Ingredients
- 100 g refrigerated vanilla pudding
- 125 g quark
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 30 g sugar
- 75 ml milk
- 50 g heavy cream
- 50 ml vodka
- 1 organic lemon (zest)
- 1/4 vanilla pod (seeds)
Preparation
Weigh all ingredients accurately
Wash the lemon with hot water and dry it
Grate 1 teaspoon of lemon peel
Split the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds
Combine lemon zest, vanilla seeds, vanilla pudding, quark, vanilla sugar, sugar, milk, heavy cream, and vodka in a tall container
Blend with an immersion blender until smooth
Using a funnel, pour the cheesecake liqueur into a 300 ml bottle
Serve ice cold
Store in the refrigerator for up to 1-2 weeks
Tips
Shake the bottle once before pouring if the quark has settled after standing
The liqueur tastes great served pure, as a sauce for vanilla ice cream, or drizzled over chocolate cake
