Delicious Creamy Cheesecake Liqueur to Make at Home

Ingredients

  • 100 g refrigerated vanilla pudding
  • 125 g quark
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 30 g sugar
  • 75 ml milk
  • 50 g heavy cream
  • 50 ml vodka
  • 1 organic lemon (zest)
  • 1/4 vanilla pod (seeds)

Preparation

  1. Weigh all ingredients accurately

  2. Wash the lemon with hot water and dry it

  3. Grate 1 teaspoon of lemon peel

  4. Split the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds

  5. Combine lemon zest, vanilla seeds, vanilla pudding, quark, vanilla sugar, sugar, milk, heavy cream, and vodka in a tall container

  6. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth

  7. Using a funnel, pour the cheesecake liqueur into a 300 ml bottle

  8. Serve ice cold

  9. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1-2 weeks

Tips

  1. Shake the bottle once before pouring if the quark has settled after standing

  2. The liqueur tastes great served pure, as a sauce for vanilla ice cream, or drizzled over chocolate cake
