Brazilian White Chocolate Milk Powder Mousse

Ingredients

  • 750ml milk
  • 300g high-quality white chocolate
  • 8 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 1 (200ml) carton heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Nutella, for decorating

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens

  3. Pour into a round bowl

  4. Refrigerate overnight until set
