Brazilian White Chocolate Milk Powder Mousse
Ingredients
- 750ml milk
- 300g high-quality white chocolate
- 8 tablespoons powdered milk
- 1 (200ml) carton heavy cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- Nutella, for decorating
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a saucepan
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens
Pour into a round bowl
Refrigerate overnight until set
