Brazilian Eggless No-Bake Pudding
Ingredients
Pudding
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 2/3 cups heavy cream
- 1 (0.25 oz) packet unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup warm milk
Caramel sauce
- 10 tablespoons sugar
Preparation
Melt sugar in a saucepan until caramelized. Pour caramel into a pudding mold and set aside
Dissolve gelatin in warm milk
In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and dissolved gelatin. Blend until smooth
Pour mixture into the mold with caramel. Refrigerate for 4 hours
After chilling, invert onto a plate and serve
