Brazilian Eggless No-Bake Pudding

Ingredients

Pudding

  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 2/3 cups heavy cream
  • 1 (0.25 oz) packet unflavored gelatin
  • 1/2 cup warm milk

Caramel sauce

  • 10 tablespoons sugar

Preparation

  1. Melt sugar in a saucepan until caramelized. Pour caramel into a pudding mold and set aside

  2. Dissolve gelatin in warm milk

  3. In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and dissolved gelatin. Blend until smooth

  4. Pour mixture into the mold with caramel. Refrigerate for 4 hours

  5. After chilling, invert onto a plate and serve
