No-Bake Strawberry Mousse Pie

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 package cornstarch biscuits
  • 3 tablespoons margarine

Filling

  • 1 box heavy cream (7 oz)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1/2 package strawberry drink mix powder

Decoration

  • Fresh strawberries
  • Cornstarch biscuits

Preparation

  1. Crush the cornstarch biscuits in a blender

  2. Mix the crushed biscuits with margarine in a bowl

  3. Press the mixture into a pie dish

  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then let cool completely

  5. Blend heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and strawberry drink mix powder until pink

  6. Gently fold cut strawberries into the mousse mixture

  7. Line the sides of the cooled crust with whole cornstarch biscuits

  8. Carefully pour the mousse into the crust

  9. Decorate the top with sliced strawberries

  10. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving
