Easy Lemon Mousse Dessert with Biscuit Layers
Ingredients
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cans heavy cream
- juice of 3 large lemons
Optional layering
- Maria cookies, as needed
- milk
Preparation
Blend sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and lemon juice in a blender until smooth
Pour a layer of mousse into a serving dish and spread evenly
Soak Maria cookies in milk and arrange a layer over the mousse
Add another layer of mousse
Repeat the cookie and mousse layers as desired, ending with a mousse layer
Refrigerate until the dessert sets
Garnish with lemon zest before serving

Use 3 large lemons for the juice; adjust the amount if using smaller lemons to ensure proper setting
The acidity from the lemon juice helps the mousse set without gelatin
