Easy Lemon Mousse Dessert with Biscuit Layers

Ingredients

  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cans heavy cream
  • juice of 3 large lemons

Optional layering

  • Maria cookies, as needed
  • milk

Preparation

  1. Blend sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, and lemon juice in a blender until smooth

  2. Pour a layer of mousse into a serving dish and spread evenly

  3. Soak Maria cookies in milk and arrange a layer over the mousse

  4. Add another layer of mousse

  5. Repeat the cookie and mousse layers as desired, ending with a mousse layer

  6. Refrigerate until the dessert sets

  7. Garnish with lemon zest before serving

Tips

  1. Use 3 large lemons for the juice; adjust the amount if using smaller lemons to ensure proper setting
