Easy Brazilian Coconut Angels Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can heavy cream
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 cup milk
- 1 box coconut marshmallow creme
- shredded coconut, for sprinkling (optional)
Preparation
Dissolve the coconut marshmallow creme in hot water
Blend the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, milk, and dissolved marshmallow creme in a blender
Pour the mixture into a mold
Refrigerate until set
Unmold the chilled pudding and sprinkle with shredded coconut if desired
