Easy Brazilian Coconut Angels Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can heavy cream
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 box coconut marshmallow creme
  • shredded coconut, for sprinkling (optional)

Preparation

  1. Dissolve the coconut marshmallow creme in hot water

  2. Blend the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, milk, and dissolved marshmallow creme in a blender

  3. Pour the mixture into a mold

  4. Refrigerate until set

  5. Unmold the chilled pudding and sprinkle with shredded coconut if desired
