Brazilian Orange Custard Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cans milk
  • 1/2 can orange juice

Caramel

  • sugar

Preparation

  1. Place all custard ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Caramelize a bundt pan

  3. Pour the custard mixture into the caramelized pan

  4. Bake in a water bath until golden

  5. Let cool, then unmold

  6. Refrigerate for one hour and serve
