Brazilian Orange Custard Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- 4 eggs
- 2 cans milk
- 1/2 can orange juice
Caramel
- sugar
Preparation
Place all custard ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
Caramelize a bundt pan
Pour the custard mixture into the caramelized pan
Bake in a water bath until golden
Let cool, then unmold
Refrigerate for one hour and serve
