Brazilian White Chocolate Layered Dessert

Ingredients

  • 250g white chocolate bar
  • 1 can heavy cream
  • 1 cup butter
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 1 package champagne biscuits
  • 4 tablespoons rum
  • 1 1/2 cups milk

Preparation

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler, then stir in the heavy cream, butter, sugar, milk, and powdered milk until smooth

  2. Combine the rum and 1 1/2 cups milk in a small bowl

  3. Dip the champagne biscuits into the rum-milk mixture to moisten them

  4. Arrange a layer of moistened biscuits in the bottom of a serving dish

  5. Pour half of the chocolate cream over the biscuits

  6. Add another layer of moistened biscuits

  7. Pour the remaining chocolate cream on top

  8. Refrigerate for 6 hours
