Brazilian White Chocolate Layered Dessert
Ingredients
- 250g white chocolate bar
- 1 can heavy cream
- 1 cup butter
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons powdered milk
- 1 package champagne biscuits
- 4 tablespoons rum
- 1 1/2 cups milk
Preparation
Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler, then stir in the heavy cream, butter, sugar, milk, and powdered milk until smooth
Combine the rum and 1 1/2 cups milk in a small bowl
Dip the champagne biscuits into the rum-milk mixture to moisten them
Arrange a layer of moistened biscuits in the bottom of a serving dish
Pour half of the chocolate cream over the biscuits
Add another layer of moistened biscuits
Pour the remaining chocolate cream on top
Refrigerate for 6 hours
