Brazilian Baked Chocolate Fudge Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can heavy cream
  • 1 cup (240ml) cocoa powder
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3 eggs
  • chocolate sprinkles

Preparation

  1. Grease a 19 cm diameter pudding mold with butter

  2. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth

  3. Pour the mixture into the mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C for 1 hour in a water bath (place the mold inside a larger one filled with warm water)

  4. Remove the dessert from the oven and let cool

  5. Unmold and decorate with plenty of chocolate sprinkles

  6. Refrigerate and serve cold
