Brazilian Baked Chocolate Fudge Dessert
Ingredients
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 can heavy cream
- 1 cup (240ml) cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3 eggs
- chocolate sprinkles
Preparation
Grease a 19 cm diameter pudding mold with butter
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth
Pour the mixture into the mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C for 1 hour in a water bath (place the mold inside a larger one filled with warm water)
Remove the dessert from the oven and let cool
Unmold and decorate with plenty of chocolate sprinkles
Refrigerate and serve cold
