Very Moist Chocolate Blender Cake
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup warm milk
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup cocoa powder
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Frosting
- 2 cans condensed milk
- 100 grams heavy cream
- 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tablespoons butter
Preparation
Put all cake ingredients except baking powder into a blender and blend for 2 minutes
Add baking powder and pulse twice
Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan
Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 40 minutes
Let the cake cool completely
Spread the frosting over the cooled cake
Frosting
Combine all frosting ingredients in a saucepan
Cook over low heat for about 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it reaches a frosting consistency (cooking time may vary by stove)
