Brazilian Blender Chocolate Sprinkle Cake

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup chocolate sprinkles
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • Butter, for greasing

Preparation

  1. Place the eggs, oil, and water in a blender and blend until combined

  2. Add the sugar and blend, then add half the flour and blend again; repeat with the remaining flour

  3. Add the baking powder and blend once more, then pour the batter into a bowl and mix in the chocolate sprinkles

  4. Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C for about 45 minutes

  5. Unmold the cake while still warm and serve
