Brazilian Blender Chocolate Sprinkle Cake
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup water
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chocolate sprinkles
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- Butter, for greasing
Preparation
Place the eggs, oil, and water in a blender and blend until combined
Add the sugar and blend, then add half the flour and blend again; repeat with the remaining flour
Add the baking powder and blend once more, then pour the batter into a bowl and mix in the chocolate sprinkles
Pour the batter into a greased and floured pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180Β°C for about 45 minutes
Unmold the cake while still warm and serve
