Quick Creamy Raffaello Coconut Almond Liqueur

Ingredients

  • 15 Raffaello candies
  • 300 ml milk
  • 80 g sugar
  • 200 g heavy cream
  • 100 ml vodka

Preparation

  1. Place Raffaello candies, milk, and sugar in a bowl and blend with an immersion blender until broken down. Some coconut shreds may remain; if desired, strain the liquid through a sieve

  2. Add heavy cream and vodka, and stir briefly. Pour the liqueur into three 250ml bottles using a funnel. Store in the refrigerator and serve cold. Shake well before opening
