Easy Homemade Chocolate Pudding
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup starch
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1 packet powdered cream
For decoration
- Fruits
- Nuts
- Whipped cream
Preparation
Prepare transparent glasses.
In a saucepan, combine milk, cocoa powder, starch, sugar, vanilla, and instant coffee and mix with a whisk.
Place on heat and stir gently until the mixture thickens.
Remove from heat and add powdered cream and mix well.
Distribute the mixture into the glasses.
Refrigerate.
Decorate with fruits and whipped cream.
