No-Bake Peach Cheesecake Cups
Ingredients
- 1 piece chocolate pound cake
- 1 cup soft cream cheese
- 1/2 cup clotted cream or kaymak
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup peach
- 1/2 cup liquid cream

Preparation
Prepare 6 clear serving cups. Cut the cake into 1-inch thick slices and then into cubes.
In a deep bowl, mash the peach with a fork.
In a mixer bowl, place the cheese, clotted cream, and sugar. Mix on medium speed until creamy.
Add the peach and stir with a wide plastic spoon to mix.
In a mixer bowl, place the cream and use the whisk attachment. Mix on medium speed until whipped. Add the whipped cream to the cheese-peach mixture and stir gently to combine.
Distribute the cake cubes in the cups, then add the cheese-peach mixture. Place the cups in the refrigerator for several hours until chilled and set.
Remove the peach cheesecake from the refrigerator, drizzle with chocolate sauce, and serve cold.
