No-Bake Peach Cheesecake Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 piece chocolate pound cake
  • 1 cup soft cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup clotted cream or kaymak
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup peach
  • 1/2 cup liquid cream

Preparation

  1. Prepare 6 clear serving cups. Cut the cake into 1-inch thick slices and then into cubes.

  2. In a deep bowl, mash the peach with a fork.

  3. In a mixer bowl, place the cheese, clotted cream, and sugar. Mix on medium speed until creamy.

  4. Add the peach and stir with a wide plastic spoon to mix.

  5. In a mixer bowl, place the cream and use the whisk attachment. Mix on medium speed until whipped. Add the whipped cream to the cheese-peach mixture and stir gently to combine.

  6. Distribute the cake cubes in the cups, then add the cheese-peach mixture. Place the cups in the refrigerator for several hours until chilled and set.

  7. Remove the peach cheesecake from the refrigerator, drizzle with chocolate sauce, and serve cold.
