Corn Flakes Fingers Treat

Ingredients

  • 3 cups corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade

Coating

  • 2 cups finely ground biscuits

Preparation

  1. Prepare a shallow tray with parchment paper and set it aside

  2. In a deep bowl, place the corn flakes, add the marmalade and mix with fingers to form a cohesive dough

  3. In a wide bowl, place the ground biscuits

  4. Take walnut-sized portions of the dough, shape them into small fingers and place them on the tray, repeating for all the dough

  5. Roll the fingers in the biscuit crumbs to coat them lightly

  6. Arrange on a serving plate and serve immediately
