Corn Flakes Fingers with Orange Marmalade

Ingredients

  • 3 cups corn flakes
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade

Coating

  • 2 cups finely ground biscuits

Preparation

  1. Bring a shallow tray and line it with parchment paper, then set it aside.

  2. In a deep bowl, crush the corn flakes with your fingertips, add the orange marmalade, and mix well to form a cohesive dough.

  3. In a wide plate, place the finely ground biscuits.

  4. Take portions of the dough about the size of a walnut, shape them into small fingers with your hands, and place them on the prepared tray, repeating with the remaining dough to make uniform-sized fingers.

  5. Roll the shaped fingers in the biscuit crumbs to coat them lightly.

  6. Arrange the coated fingers on a serving platter and serve immediately.
