Brownie Batter Crunch Bites

Ingredients

  • Chocolate (e.g., Hu Kitchen bars)
  • Hungryroot brownie batter
  • Hungryroot peanut butter
  • Quinn Snacks gluten-free pretzels
  • Purely Elizabeth original granola

Preparation

  1. Using a silicone cubed tray, pour melted chocolate in the bottom then add a scoop of the black bean brownie batter.

  2. Top with peanut butter, crushed pretzels, granola, and more melted chocolate.

  3. Freeze for at least 2 hours before removing them.
