Lazy Healthy Snacks with Nuts and Fruit
Ingredients
Frozen berries and butter
- Frozen blackberries 120g
- Almond butter 50g
- Desiccated coconut 30g
Tahini maple pears
- Pears 1, sliced
- Tahini 30g
- Maple syrup 1 tbsp
Greek yoghurt almond cookie dough
- Finely ground almonds or almond flour 50g
- Raw cacao 50g
- Raw honey 1 tbsp
- Extra virgin olive oil 1 tbsp
- 30g dark chocolate, finely chopped
- Greek yoghurt 100g
Preparation
Frozen berries and butter
Combine the frozen blackberries, almond butter, and desiccated coconut in a bowl and mix until well incorporated.
Tahini maple pears
Slice the pears if not already sliced, then drizzle with tahini and maple syrup before serving.
Greek yoghurt almond cookie dough
Mix the finely ground almonds, raw cacao, raw honey, extra virgin olive oil, and finely chopped dark chocolate in a bowl to form a cookie dough-like mixture.
Spoon the cookie dough mixture over Greek yoghurt and serve.
