Homemade Chocolate Avocado Pots

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup (add more or less to taste)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp raw cacao
  • 1/2 cup almond milk

Serving suggestions

  • Fruit and pretzel sticks to serve

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together in a NutriBullet or small food processor

  2. Pour into little cups

  3. If not serving immediately, store in the fridge

Tips

  1. Kids enjoy dipping fruit or pretzels in it or using it as a spread on pancakes

  2. Add more almond milk to turn it into a chocolate drink

  3. The avocado taste is not noticeable; the main flavor is chocolate
